The Maestrosities Variety Band from New York City, NY

We are The Maestrosities  (pronounced: my-STRAW-cities)--a musical act featuring a cast of colorful characters.  Our repertoire includes many eccentric versions of pieces from the 20's through the 70's and hilarious parodies of music from the 80's. The instrumentation is very eclectic and fun. We've got a tuba, a trumpet, an accordion, a ukulele, a clarinet, drums and spoons. Among the instrumentalists are five lead singers. In addition to the music we sometimes juggle, (two of our members are Flying Karamazov Brothers.) We also tap dance, and do lots of other fun stuff. We can write customized musical of theatrical material to suit any event.
