Need more stars! Making Faces was the ultimate band for our wedding. We continue to get compliments days after our wedding from guests who are still hurting from the party. We blame it on the band :) They not only rocked out our wedding, but they engaged with an audience of all ages. They started the first casual set and immediately drew a crowd of kids. They let the kids play with some of the instruments and even a cowbell, making their parents really happy. As far as music selection, they have a giant rock playlist, but also worked with us to customize our set, nailed what we were going for, and learned special requests. Hire them, you will not be disappointed!

Excellent band. HUGE range of musical selections. They kept the party going and their energy was high which in turn made the crowd's energy high. Participants would have kept going longer into the night. John was easy to work with and handled requests in a flexible, professional manner. The group was easy to schedule, sound check and respond to requests. Many of the guests spoke to the band members during breaks and following the event. Several individuals mentioned wanting to hire this band for their events in the future. The band members were interactive with the audience, going to the dance floor to energize the crowd. Overall, could not have been more pleased.

The gig was a waterfront party on Hibiscus Island in South Beach. About 65 people attended ages 35-60. Mignonette arguably the top seafood restaurant in Miami catered.There was an open bar. Over 550 Oysters were consumed. The party went from 7-11. I went over the bands song list carefully and choose the songs I wanted.They also let me pick 2 new songs for them to learn for the party. Played with great spirit and energy classics, Island music to the latest Alternative. Everybody loved the band.Also enjoyed hanging with them at break.Even played an acoustic set when my neighbor complained about the noise.Very happy with Making Faces.Definetely would hire them again.
