My passion is to create world-class experiences that inspire each attendee to live and lead at a higher level. I've learned when I'm standing on the stage, it's really about the listeners, not me. For almost 20 years, I have been in the public speaking and event world. I know I have to be constantly learning what's new and how to engage with the people you are speaking for. In 2014, I received the "40 Under 40" award from the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Communication and culture are so important to me that I created online courses for people who want to get better at speaking in front of and engaging with crowds and also for people who want to improve their organizational culture. I am also writing a book, "Created for Experience," to inspire others. I would love to talk more with you about how I can help you and your team. I believe people operate at about 25% of what they are capable of. If I can help people discover and activate what is already inside of them, it makes my heart come to life.
