Bianca didn’t respond to multiple attempts to reach out the day before my party and day of my event.
There was an emergency that happened she stated, and I understand life happens. But professional courtesy would be to inform as soon as you are aware, which she didn’t. She cancelled officially hours before my event. Thank goodness I found another vendor to come to my party.
However, due to this, I would not recommend Bianca’s services.
