Due to the large volume of guests that attend some parties; I occasionally bring extra readers (at no up-charge) to make sure that every guest is seen, in this rare instance when I wasn't personally available I assigned a trusted member of the team to deliver an incredible experience rather than cancel. Many of the guests requested extra readings & when asked how you would like to proceed with the billing, you insisted on opening a running tab for you rather than charge guests individually. This is how it was billed & the hourly rate did NOT change from our agreed upon price. Thank you for your review.

It is harmful & inaccurate to say that I charged party attendees on how to get in-touch with me at a later date if they wish, but they insisted on deeper readings It was not made known to me that exchanging business cards would be frowned upon.I am incredibly apologetic that you did not enjoy your experience, and I am committed to making this right by you, I will be reaching out to you shortly so that we can talk about what to do going forward. I never charged anyone. I did stay the extra time, but I am completely fine with refunding you. I did unlimited free questions and free readings. The only money that was made at the event was the money that you paid me.
