Steve "The Brit" Acoustic Guitarist from Hutto, TX

Born in England, started playing guitar at age 8, did my first gig just after my 12th birthday and I have never stopped. Finished high school in the UK then move to Dallas/Ft Worth in the 80's. Within six months I began playing in a country band. After 2 years I joined an ABBA tribute band-that was a lot of fun except for the platform boots. Several years later I moved to east Texas and played in a pro band (Mr Jones Band) over 200 shows a year for 4 years. These days it's back to basics, just one guitar and one vocal, with a repertoire of over 300 songs, it's safe to say there's a little bit of something for everyone. As I have lived on both sides of the pond I tend to have a very mixed song list, on the English side I cover artists such as Elvis Costello, Squeeze, Beatles, Crowded House, Bee Gees and on the American side Hall and Oates, Billy Joel, Boz Scaggs, George Jones, Steve Miller etc. Please check out my song list.
