To Whom It May Concern: Please be advised that I booked an event with your company on Sept. 12th @ 7:00 p.m. for a fire dancer from Aloha Village Polynesian Revue. I would like to state that I am very displeased with the event. I booked the event for $300 for a one hour show. The total performance was 1 min. and 38 sec. for $300. The crowd was shocked and stated, "That's it" . Very unacceptable and embarrassing. Who in the world would book an event for $300 for 1min38sec show!!! Valerie Matteo

We at Aloha Village Polynesian Revue are saddened at dissatisfaction experienced by ANY of our clientele. Our aim is 100% satisfaction. Our rates and packages are stated on our website. Any misunderstanding in regards to duration of show times can be clarified by looking at the show times lengths in comparison to package prices. Ms. Mateo was provided a WORLD CLASS Samoan FIREKNIFE performance with live Tahitian drumming accompaniment. We sent the BEST fire knife dancer in the state of New Jersey and on the Eastern Seaboard for that matter. Our performers provided superior entertainment despite the confusion and disorganization of the envent.

We had a great time! The performers were very accomodating to changing the venue mid-show due to rain and didn't miss a beat in keeping the teenage audience interested and involved. The birthday girl was very happy with the performance and especially loved the fire knife dance! Everyone was amazed and loved the show!

Eugene/his cast were more than professional/accommodating.They made our rehearsal special.He communicated from beginning to end!Everyone was entertained by the staff-they made sure that all present were an important part of the evening.We wanted to go back to Maui where the bride & groom's lives really started together-they brought it home!They were more than we had hoped-they were the best!Thanks to Eugene & his cast for making a special evening even more than we had hoped!Their performance/hearts took us back to Hawaii-we were there again.Thanks to all who put their hearts/love into our evening!They were excellent representatives of the spirit of Aloha!Mahalo.
