I am a professional pianist and vocalist with over 30 years of experience. I play and sing all styles of music which include jazz, broadway,holiday music, standards and gospel. I have performed numerous shows for civic and professional venues including club houses, wedding receptions, churches and camp meetings. I have played for numerous weddings utilizing the piano, organ or digital piano. I can read both music charts or number charts. I currently have more than 600 songs memorized, which include broadway, standards, big band and gospel. I can literally sit down at a keyboard and play for hours without repeating a single selection. If you want high quality professional music in a first class style then I'm the choice for you. The following song list does NOT include any classical or gospel songs. I have simply listed the most requested songs I play at most of my gigs. However, I know 100's of gospel, holiday and contemporary Christian songs and numerous classical pieces as well. Classical pieces are a very nice touch for wedding ceremonies and also for wedding dinner music.

Excellent communication before event. Arrived early and very personable. Dr. Murphy played for our wedding ceremony, dinner, and reception and guests made several comments that they were impressed and enjoyed the music. He has a very grand and full sound to his playing. There was a mix of everything we asked for and we would highly recommend this musician.
