Megan Hoyt Music Pianist from West Columbia, SC

Piano for your ceremony & piano / keyboard /guitar / vocals for your dinner & cocktail hour. Megan Hoyt is a classically trained pianist who finished up her senior year at Converse College in 2015 as a music major in the field of Music Therapy. Megan has studied under Ann Guest in the Furman Pre-College Music Program and has been playing since 2001. She has performed for wedding ceremonies, receptions and cocktail and dinner hour events in addition to public solo appearances. When not studying or playing her own shows, she can be found performing with her dad's popular band, Hot As A Pepper. In addition to classical and traditional piano, Megan also plays a wide range of styles of music on piano, acoustic guitar and her lovely voice. Megan will learn the music you desire for your special occasion, and if you want a combo, she can provide other players, up to a full band experience. Don't have a piano at your venue? No problem, a quality keyboard and sound system can be provided, or she can make arrangements to have a piano brought in. Planning a children's event? Megan's career is based around helping children, especially those with special needs and she has a large repertoire of music suited for just that purpose! Megan will reside in Columbia SC beginning July 2016. She will travel to your location regardless!
