Amy Marie Music cancelled on us the day of our event due to an illness, which sent us scrambling to find another performer. She offered us no help to find another performer to fill in for her.

This was an unfortunate turn of events. I awoke the morning of this event with a terrible stomach virus. Uncertain as to how fast I would recover, I alerted the client sooner rather than later. I had my husband call a few people to see if they could sub for me at such short notice but no luck. Within the hour, I felt as though I might be able tomake the event. I called the client back and said that I was going to come and play, that my husband would come along to carry equipment as I was very weak. She said she appreciated the effort, but had found another musician. My symptoms worsened, so Im releived that she found a replacement!

Amy was great, she arrived early and was prepared and she played beautifully throughout our event. Our guests enjoyed her very much.

Amy Marie performed at the Bakken Museum for the 2009 Medtronic Global IT CIO Award Dinner and she was awesome. We enjoyed her playing thoroughly and would definately recommend her to others. Thanks Amy!

Our complete feedback does not fit in this section, but we had a horrible experience! Overall, I think Amy does have talent as a pianist but she left her brain at home that day. I feel personally that our otherwise perfect wedding ceremony was ruined by her mess of a performance. Our contract was not carried out accordingly and I do feel we should get some of our money back for this miserable experience. We would definitely not recommend any of our friends to hire her and many of our guests agreed, asked about our thoughts of her poor performance, and wondered where we found her.

I feel badly for this client, and how he feels things went during his ceremony. Unfortunately, I was not informed that the ceremony would be outdoors, and had many extreme circumstances to overcome to do my best for this couple. I arrived at the location, surprised to find that the wedding was going to be in the lower garden. The groomsman quickly found an alternate power cord long enough to plug into my keyboard, and I went up to the house to look for a mic stand to hook up an additional mic. I did my extreme best to make the most of a very difficult situation. (I will now always carry extra power cords with me wherever I go) The wedding was very beautiful.
