Hi my name is Rosanne Nitti. I am a photographer and my company name is Pura Vida Photography. I am a member of the Professional Photographers of America (PPA) and use only professional equipment. I specialize in Fine Art Photography which will assure you that the image(s) I will created for you will be a memorable ones. We aren't just taking snapshots here folks! I love being part of special events, family portraits, gatherings fundraisers or corporate events. I also can make you, your products and/or food come to life for your marketing purposes. Everything is visual these days, it pays to hire a professional who is detail oriented in making you and your business shine. I am fully insured in event of any unfortunate circumstances, mishaps or come what may. I grew up in a rural area of Southern California where we grew our own vegetables, played in the mud and tended to various farm animals, I was always out taking photographs of what was in my own backyard. I like to see the beauty and design in the ordinary. Growing up in So Cal and living in Hawaii, Florida and Virginia Beach, proved my love for the ocean. That reflects in some of my works. My two recent projects "Under the Pier" and "Mission Mission" fulfill my passion for architecture, the ocean and old buildings. When a collectors purchases one of my works, the story behind their "why" is what makes me smile. When you share your childhood memories, love stories and special moments of the locations I photograph, I know I'm not along in my quest to record these precious landmarks. Although primarily self taught, I have been mentored by old school film and darkroom masters. The darkroom was a place I would go to make magic happen. I create by taking what I see with my eye to the camera and back to the eye. I see the world as though I'm looking through the lend and capture it as I see it.
