I'm a graduate of Ryerson's prestigious Film & Photography program, as well as the University of Alberta and the Canadian Film Centre My environmental portraits are for those who want to control the portrait that projects their brand. Photographing in familiar surroundings, I give you helpful direction based on the image you're after. My history as a storyteller makes me ideally suited to translating your story into the portrait you want. I aim for portrayals that capture your story and your passion. Whether that means situating you in your restaurant, your kitchen, your home or your place of business, I want to include what matters to you. A studio portrait is great for shutting out distractions and focusing only on the sitter. I'm not big on the sterility of the studio but I like that singular focus. I bring that intention to where you live, focusing on you and what surrounds you. In capturing you, projecting your brand and including your environment, I create portraits that “get you” – where you live.
