Some things Viral Booth Orange County does to ensure your event is a total success; * Most importantly, every booking comes with its own professionally trained Viral Booth Attendant to operate the Viral Booth Photo Kiosk and keep your guests engaged, and having fun. * Each booth is triple checked to ensure that everything will work flawlessly at your event. Our event preparation for a weekend event begins with our Graphic Designer working with you to design the perfect event logo at least 2 weeks prior, followed by our Event Preparation Staff preparing your day of event on Tuesday. Next, our Office Manager double checks the bins on Thursday. During the loading process the morning of, each item is checked out of the office for setup by our Viral Booth Attendants. Finally, during setup for the event, our Event Manager will arrive on site to ensure proper and timely setup. * With your event top of mind, and professionalism at stake, Viral Booth Orange County wants to ensure your guests are not exposed to the setup/breakdown process. Photo booths in general are large and noisy to setup. Viral Booth Orange County doesn't want to be a distraction. Our Viral Booth Attendant will be onsite 90 minutes prior to your guests arriving and should be setup 60 minutes prior to guests arriving, even if that means showing up several hours early. * Though it is rare to use a whole ream of paper and ink at an event, we provide a whole extra set to ensure that our booth can keep working, no matter how many guests flood the Viral Booth. * With the largest, most complete set of props for your event, choose from 1000's of items to suit every theme. Our prop collection includes everything from stick props to chalkboards to wigs to glasses to silly hats to feather boas, just to name a few. * To ensure you have access to your photos now and always, every picture and video will be provided to you at the end of the night on a USB Flash Drive. Every picture and video will also instantly upload to an online gallery throughout the event, and finally, if scrapbooking is selected, you will also be provided a physical print of photo strips at the end of the night in your own personalized event scrapbook. * If scrapbooking is selected as an option, and depending on your preference, our attendant will ensure a quality end product by placing an extra strip of each session into scrapbook, or by encouraging to place their own and to write something.
