Honestly, everything was pretty smooth. There was tons of timely communication up to the day-of. They worked with me in regards to table space. They worked with me on price. My guests LOVED the photobooth! My 1 & only complaint, the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars across the board, was that myself & my husband (the bride & groom) walked up to the photobooth at 9:32PM & they turned as away b/c they were "closed" @ 9:30PM. It actually embarrassed me, even when my guests proclaimed, "Not even for the bride & groom?! They hired you!" They wanted (& got) $50 that my guests raised to stay open another 30 min. They were nice, but, not flexible.
