My Events and Celebrations  Photo Booth from Villa Park, IL

First issue I had was that you were late. This in turn became later as it took some time to set up- not the 10 minutes that was explained to me . The representative that was working our event was in khaki shorts and T-shirt . I wasn’t expecting this as my event was fairly formal . He was personable enough to me but not overly involved and my little niece that LOVED the photo booth seemed to annoy him. I realize she visited about 50 times .. but that’s why I did it in the first place . My event ended at 11 so I could not be given the extra hour to make up for the hour I was shorted at the beginning. That part was disappointing. Should’ve been comped for that . Thx

The photobooth looked great but I definitely have some concerns, the photobooth accessories were limited and also disappointing. I would say, if I knew what the photobooth signs and accesories looked like ahead of time, I would have brought my own. It was also very irritating that we were only printed 2 prints even for groups. The logo creation was very amateur, so many frustrations, I want to divulge more but unfortunately, I am just exhausted and want to move on.
