Totsy Variety Band from Los Angeles, CA

If you want something a little different than your typical corporate band, that's us. We are memorable and will make your event stand out from the rest. We are a burlesque pop band. We have a swinging style that gets people up and dancing. We are a theatrical band, with elaborate costumes and fun banter. We are not the band to simply blend in with a typical event. We are an 8-piece band consisting of a stand-up bass, guitar, piano, drums, lead singer, two back-up singers and a utility musician (trombone, violin, guitar, mandolin). Our set consists of mostly original material, with a few recent covers done in our style. For instance we do a version of Maroon Five's "Animals" and Tove Lo's "High". We have choreographed moves and a very full sound. All of our musicians are working musicians and composers. Our lead singer and back-up singer have been on Broadway. We are a high quality band. As a band, we went on the road with The Brian Setzer Orchestra and opened for his Christmas Tour in 2012. We start the night with a fun reveal and then let the tunes roll. We enjoy the collaboration process, so if you have something unique in mind, we would love to work with you to make it the most memorable night it can be.
