Groove Jazz is what we call it. Our 5-piece band is compelling to listen to and inspiring to move to. Our sound can range from ballad to smooth jazz to blues to rock, based on the venue and client. Approximately half of our material is groove jazz originals, but we can also cover jazz standards as well as pop material that we've adapted (including Stevie Wonder, Hall & Oates, Norah Jones, etc.) We've been playing together consistently for more than nine years. During that time we've played County Fairs, outdoor concert series, indoor wineries and dinner events, and farmers markets. Our members are from Davis, Woodland and Sacramento, CA and we're willing to travel.
