Scott played at our Engagement party in May of 2018 in front of a crowd of about 90 people. He was absolutely loved by everyone! His talents blew us away. His voice was fantastic and both guitar and piano skills were phenomenal. Not only did he understand the volume level we needed for the party, his transition from song to song was smooth and easy. Scott is a professional and will be a great addition to any party or event. We highly recommend him and promise you or your guests will not be disappointed!
I'm a one-man-band who sounds like a 5 piece, including harmony vocals. I play piano and guitar and I sing. I've played weddings at Battery Park City, the restaurant at Gurney's in Montauk, and a couple of dozen venues in between.
Bars/restaurants, weddings, christenings, birthdays, family gatherings, corporate events, outdoor events - I do it all.
You'll get very high quality sound and performances from me. I have a very compact setup, and it's all in top shape. The sound is very clean, and I know that the volume knobs go down as well as up. I've been a performing musician for over 25 years, and you can trust that I'm 100% professional and completely appropriate for whatever type of event you're hosting. I've played everything from cocktail parties to house parties to bars/restaurants and Bar Mitzvahs to Long Island weddings.
I'm currently booked at several bars/restaurants across Long Island. Please look at my calendar below to find out when you can come see/hear me. Feel free to come up and introduce yourself, request a song and let me know that you found me on Gig Masters!
I have been playing music since I was 9 years old when my parents found me picking out tunes on a friend's piano. I have degrees in Music Performance and Music Education and I'm a public school music teacher. I've played in bands of all different configurations since high school, and I've also played for many musical theater productions as a woodwind player, keyboardist, bass player and musical director. Two highlights of my musical career were playing for an off-Broadway show at Don't Tell Mama on Restaurant Row in NYC, and playing in a rock band opening for Foreigner at the Epcot Center in Orlando, FL.
As a one-man-band, I've played many rooms from Battery Park to Montauk. I play a wide range of pop/rock/standards/country music, and am always appropriate for whatever room I'm in.
