Unfortunately they did not play for us and pulled out of the gig 10 days prior, they did how ever try to find us a replacement band, by this stage we had found another band through friends.
Please reimburse me for my funds since we did not hire a band through Gig masters,

Indeed, we did have to cancel on fairly short notice which was a week and a half before the event, however, we supplied them with another band of comparable skills, song list and a similar lineup, immediately upon cancellation. A member of our band suffered a severe injury, and her substitute player was out of the country. It would have been impossible for me to get another female substitute player of her caliber within that time and get her up to speed on the material in time for the event. I felt cancelling our performance as soon as I was aware of what had transpired was the best thing I could do, and thus I contacted the event's host. Our band covered the Gigmas
