In 2013, Angela was crowned Best Female Country Artist of the Year by the Georgia Music Awards. She was also nominated in 2012 for Best Music Video of the Year for her debut music video. Equally appealing to fans of rock, Angela's band was a finalist in Hard Rock's International Battle of the Bands and CBS Atlanta recently named Angela's band one of the 5 Best Local Rock Bands, the only female-led band to make this list.
The band plays regularly at major music venues in Atlanta, Nashville and across the U.S. In Atlanta, Angela plays at Hard Rock, Red Clay Theatre, Wild Bill's, Electric Cowboy, Smith's Olde Bar, and 120 Tavern and Music Hall among others. In Nashville Angela performs at the renowned Bluebird Cafe, The Listening Room and other major venues. Elsewhere in the U.S., Angela performs at Toby Keith's, headlines music festivals, serves as entertainment for major sporting events and is demand as an opener for platinum selling artists.
Angela performed as the pre-game entertainment for the NCAA Final Four Championship Game in Atlanta, did the same for the 2014 Chick Fil A Peach Bowl and competed in the finals of Hard Rock's international battle of the bands.
