“Inspiration. Dynamism. Motivation. Transformation. Education. FUN!” These are the kinds of words I tend to hear whenever I speak at an event, facilitate a workshop, or lead a seminar. There are plenty of other superlatives that people use to describe me as well: loving, supportive, compassionate, big-hearted, intense, generous, powerful, kind, authentic, down-to-earth, humorous—to name just a few. But make no mistake, I’m not trying to brag here. The truth is, I really don’t take myself too seriously—not by a long shot! In fact, as you’ll quickly discover when you attend one of my events, I’m the first to tell you all the mistakes I have made in my life, including all the ways I have hurt people and created chaos in the world. Why? Because I want people to see that no matter where you are in your life, you can always learn to love yourself and embrace the truly magnificent being you are at your very core.
