I help people get clear on what they want to create in their health, relationships, vocation, and time/money freedom. I love paving the way for people as they navigate the gap from where they are to where they want to be and ultimately, cheering them on as they realize their results! As a former college professor, I learned that I had a gift for supporting students while they faced the trials of academia and transitioned from college-life to a career of their choice. I used these skills to support my own network marketing business and have helped many others do the same! I love speaking to groups to not only light the fire from within, but to inspire immediate action. Speaking, teaching, and coaching are my dreams come true and I love my life! I learned early on that doing it alone was impossible and leaned into the support of other speakers, teachers, and coaches to realize my own success and I love sharing these tools without all of the struggle. I've led several Vision Workshops at yoga studios, spiritual centers, and health centers. I also lead yoga and essential oil workshops within New Mexico, Arizona, and Texas.
