**THE GOAL: GUIDE INDIVIDUALS TO THINK AND LIVE LARGER**
**EMPLOYED & MENTORED BY DAYMOND JOHN of ABC's SHARK TANK**
LET ME TELL YOU WHY I LOVE SPEAKING SO MUCH...
Why do I love speaking so much? It's not about controlling the room for "x" amount of time. It's not about listening to myself talk. It's not about anything other than the impression I know I have the ability to leave on an individual - that feeling of empowerment, motivation, positive influence, strength, clarity, hope, and happiness. My joy and passion come about when an event attendee comes up to me at the end of a keynote or workshop and tells me 2 simple words: thank you.
ABOUT ME & WHAT I OFFER:
We're all here to serve a purpose but finding and owning that purpose can be a challenge. Thinking and living larger isn't monetary - it's about fulfilling your dream - no matter what that is. And, that's exactly why I'm here - to help individuals succeed at finding their purpose and achieving it. By combining my real-world and corporate experience into powerful keynotes driven to inspire the audience, I use the depth of my authenticity and vulnerability about failures and life-changing successes - harnessing the power of such experiences to reshape any life. I'm able to connect the audience with actionable strategies to capitalize on their privileges - reinforcing focus, direction, and skills to take those next steps toward their dreams. Using my quality of being direct in speech, I have impacted audiences and institutions alike.
As a young professional working with Daymond John of ABC's Emmy Award-winning show, Shark Tank, the proximity to success has compelled me to share my story on stages across the nation for the past 2 years. While on stage, I dive into every failure that has made me the man I have become, which has ultimately led to learn from my past and catapult my way to continued success. These failures include: being the "class clown" throughout elementary and high school, failing out of community college, watching my dream come crashing down at 17 years old due to lack of preparation/listening to mentors/etc., thinking the world was against me as I watched my mother battle cancer, owning a business from 17-24 years old and blowing every penny I made, and much more. These failures set me up for my successes, which are: realizing that events + perspective = outcome, seeing the positive in owning my own business at such a young age (working with multi-award-winning artists such as 50 cent, Fabolous, Fetty Wap, and more), fighting through adversity and earning a B.B.A in Entrepreneurship with a minor in Accounting, finishing in first place in an IBM startup competition to earn funding, being the President of my Alma Maters Entrepreneurship Club, being named Ambassador of Student Entrepreneurship across 24 New York institutions, turning an internship with Daymond John into a full time job after meeting him for less than 5 minutes, speaking on a national level to share these stories, and more!
On top of my keynote, I put on workshops on:
1) owning your personal brand - taking attendees through a multi-step process to gain clarity on their "why," goals and how to align themselves with achieving that purpose
2) leadership - how to emerge as a leader in your life, company, relationships, and more
3) turning internships into employment - diving in to my personal experiences of how I turned a 5 minute conversation in to an internship within a few short months, which I later turned in to a full time job with one of the most recognized business figures of our time.
