Adelious has been involved with Toastmasters International and has served in many roles to include Club President, Club Education Vice President, Treasurer, Membership Vice President, Club Coach for the District, and Club Mentor for the District. He also served as Area Director in Virginia and Oklahoma, and achieved the highest ranking in Toastmasters International: Distinguished Toastmaster. As a trainer, he motivate curious learners to speak clearly in order to be clearly understood, he has trained at the Lions International Conference, trained at the Toastmasters Conference, facilitated a Leadership Symposium, and has mentored several in public speaking. Adelious teaches visualization and knows the power of repetition. As an athletic coach, he led a group of culturally diverse youth to perform as they never had before. He coached the 4 X 400 female team to break the school record on five different occasions-it was Gold at the European Championship, 2015. He coached a young lady to break a thirty-five year 800 M record. He aided in coaching the male team Gold Medal winners at the 2015 Championship in Kaiserslautern, Germany. Mr. Stith has been in motivational speaking since 1990. He has spoken in Oostende, Belgium, Stuttgart, Germany, Guam, USA, Colorado Springs, Co, Hampton, Va, and Albuquerque, NM. He has served as keynote speaker at Enid, Oklahoma's Martin Luther King Jr's Holiday and Patch High School Baccalaureate, Stuttgart, Germany.
