I have addressed corporate teams, educational institutions and community groups with one clear message: understanding human behavior is the key to building bridges and fostering connections. At the heart of my mission is a desire to increase effective and positive human connections. As the winner of Toastmasters Humorous Speech Contest 2023, I incorporate humor and proven scientific research to engage the audience. As a behavioral scientist, I have positively impacted corporate sales by elevating communication skills, fostering empathy, promoting strategic relationship building and embracing a client-centric approach in sales. In community events, I have highlighted and educated the youth on strategies for effective communication and team building for positive impact on their lives. Last but not least, I am a motivational speaker, using my own struggles and challenges in life to start and restart many, many times to become the person I am today. From building science proven methods of healthy habit building to understanding the psychology of self sabotage and why that new years resolution failed yet again, I have helped change mindsets and lives.
