Chad Nelson has crowded remarkable life experiences, business successes and more than a few failures into his 45 years. With more than 24 years of leadership experiences and helping build companies that were recognized for their productivity and employee satisfaction, his "why not" attitude and boundless enthusiasm for the seemingly impossible have been shaped by some very personal history with epilepsy and near-death experiences. Picture rolling an eight-ton truck with no seat belt and walking away without injury. Or driving through a motel at 70+ miles per hour (courtesy of another seizure) and hurting no one. Or being robbed at gun point or having a friend murdered in your office. Would you have a story to tell about finding the "why not?" in every situation? Chad Nelson does and he uses humor, life stories, 24+ years of leadership and successful business experience along with unique detours including time as a 40 year-old youth minister to motivate others. While the first thing people notice about Chad is his size (6'7" and more than enough weight to cover it), his zest for doing hard things and inspiring others to do them are always the takeaways.
