DJ Eric Zbd DJ from Marietta, GA

I've been djing for 17 years and have played nearly 2000 events including 200 weddings. I learned the basics when I lived with one of CeeLo Green's dj's, and within a year was playing reggae and hiphop every Wednesday at the Royal Peacock on Auburn Ave. I got into electronic music eventually as well as throwing/promoting club events...many would tell you that I was at least partially responsible for some of the best weeklies and monthlies the city ever saw at places like Shadows/Bella Rosa, MJQ, Django, Leopard Lounge, El Bar, Graveyard Tavern, Einstein's, Five Spot, Bazaar, Apache Cafe, Mood Lounge, Masters, Taverna Plaka, Red Door, Glenwood, and Masquerade. I also got booked to play some big parties in Miami during Winter Music Conference, and headlined in a few other awesome cities as well. In 2009 I decided to get away from the club scene and focus my energies on starting a mobile dj service called To The Rescue Entertainment (just google to read the stellar reviews), which helped fund the animal rescue that I also ran with my ex. We made a great team but she decided to pursue another career path, and after a brief hiatus I'm now in the process of setting up a new corporation. The main thing that separates me from just about any other mobile dj you'll find is that I know how to match beats, scratch vinyl, and read the crowd to know exactly what needs to be played next. I'm also constantly finding bass-heavy dance remixes of all of your favorite songs to keep it interesting. I've been using Serato dj software for 10 years now, which allows me to play on actual turntables with vinyl control records. This gives me access to tens of thousands of songs on vinyl without even changing the record. I also recently bought a Traktor S4 dj console, which is much more portable and has tons of effects and amazing features built in. So if you're looking for a reliable dj who actually knows how to rock a party, you really don't need to look any further.
