DJ Jazzy J will be set up, sound checked, and ready to play prior to the scheduled starting time written in the signed contract (does not apply if mother nature interferes or emergencies occur). 2. DJ Jazzy J will perform in compliance with the special instructions on the contract. 3. DJ Jazzy J equipment will operate properly. If any unforeseen malfunction occurs, equipment shall be replaced in under thirty minutes time. If time progress longer than thirty minutes, you will not be charged for down time. 4. DJ Jazzy J will be well-mannered, considerate, and conduct himself professionally at all times. 5. DJ Jazzy J will be properly attired, in accordance with the prearranged specifications. 6. DJ Jazzy J will not consume any alcohol or mind-altering substances prior to or during your event. 7. DJ Jazzy J will be the DJ you have selected and with whom you contracted (except in the rare case of an unforeseen medical emergency, at which time you will be notified as soon as possible, and a suitable, professional replacement will be provided).
