Ernesto did not show up to my event, put my company in a bind
with a client event with no entertainment. Called him, but said he forgot. I would like my booking fee back. This is the kind of thing that I was concerned with and I am beyond mad at this point just writing about it.

Ernesto confirmed several days before the event, arrived early to set up, and customized his selections to our wishes. His music was thoroughly enjoyed by the guests.
