Hi there balloon fans! It's Tuxedo Jimmy, Portland's hardest working, Local, balloon twister. You may have seen me at the Portland Saturday/Sunday market or the farmers markets. I've been twisting balloons for over six years and I'm now a full time student learning American Sign Language. I am hearing just to be clear. I know over 100 balloon designs and can freestyle just about anything you could want. I love a challenge. I also juggle and have unlimited jokes and a few magic tricks. I perform at birthday parties for adults and kids or events of any kind; grand openings, company picnics.
