We are a solid group of five well seasoned musicians from the Lake Norman N.C. area. We strive to preserve all the popular music that's worth preserving from the 60's thru the 90's. Our singular goal is to party with you and provide you with greatest dance music of that era. Our primary styles are R&B, Funk, Rock, Blues, Beach and Light Jazz. We have an excellant drummer/percussionist, a great keyboard player, a superb keyboard/saxophonist, a thumpin bass player, and myself a pretty good guitarist. We have a very broad musical palette and can design your entertainment to fit most any type of occasion.

Maximum Groove is an awesome band that really rocks; they made our wedding wonderful. We requested to have Old Fashioned Rock N roll to be our song and they played that song so well that it sounded better than the original.

Very nice, I didn't get to spend as much time listening to them as I'd have liked as being father of the bride kept me moving. However, they were very, very accomodating and professional in all respects.
