Katie Drake Acoustic Band from Philadelphia, PA

Katie has a beautiful voice and is very polite and professional. We were very pleased that she was able to sing my brother's favorite song, "Sweet Jane" which is not a song every band would know. She also allowed my brother to sing this song with the band playing the music. Katie allowed my older daughter to play Music of the Night on her flute with the band as back up. She was very accommodating in these respects. The only negative things were that she could not sing much from current hot top 40 artists such as Kelly Clarkson, Madonna and Mariah Carey. Several people mentioned they could not hear the bass guitar well. Katie did ask us about the volume and I asked her to sing louder about an hour into the party as I felt her lovely voice was being drowned out by the talking but this problem continued. Also, Katie seemed shy about making announcements and getting everyone's attention for my brother and daughter's performance and I was left to get everyone's attention.
