Costello has run multiple billion dollar enterprises in his tenure, after humble beginnings growing up in the
Bronx as the eldest son of a truck driver. Costello is also the author of "My Father Never Took Me to a Baseball Game." A book that garnered
international interest, and landed the number one spot on Amazon.com The book was Costello's autobiography, which details,
a kid growing up in the seventies. Hall of Fame writer Bob Hammell compared his novel to JD Salingers "Catcher in the Rye."
Recently selected to Sachem High School's prestigious hall of honor, Costello was one of ten graduates chosen out of over 70,000
students in one of the largest public High Schools in the state of New York.

Costello spent seventeen years as a senior executive for PC Richard and Son, then moved onto the Omnicom Group where he was
Executive Vice president of a Sports Management Company dealing with athletes and celebrities. Costello has deep rooted relationships and has worked closely with over 500 athletes and celebrities.
Many look at Costello as a modern day Jerry McGuire, having worked along side Coach Knight, Derek Jeter, Odell Beckham, Mariano Rivera, and tens of others. Stephen has keynoted and spoken at many Universities including Fordham and Columbia which Costello has spoken multiple times.
