I travel with a tagline: "Inspiration Comes Standard". Every talk, training, or speech I present always has an element of inspiration and motivation in the presentation. All the clients I have ever worked with respond with: He is so engaging! My philosophy is that Every training and speech needs to be fun, engaging and full of Content. My focus is Customer Service, Personal Development, and Career Development. I usually start with something light hearted, but something that can really connect with the audience. I usually then move into a more philosophical area to exercise the mind and provide other ways for the audience to view a particular topic. Lastly, I challenge the audience to push themselves to be better in whatever area they are working or studying in. Requesting that they be in the proper industry and know how important their work or engagement is to the world. I often use experience of those that have paved the way in business and education to connect to the audience. I may drop a few stories of my own business experience and my successes and failures.
