We are a professional musical couple offering several musical duos and productions. Johnny & June is a high-energy tribute to the music of Johnny Cash and June Carter-Cash. We've crafted a nostalgic and heartfelt experience of live acoustic music and storytelling that's fun for all ages. Featuring a repertoire of Johnny Cash's hit songs and a few rare cuts from all eras, plus Johnny and June's famous duets, Carter Family favorites, and of course, a bit of June's infamous comedy! Lifelong professional performing artists, we relocated from New York City to Vancouver, BC and we never looked back! We've performed across the globe in various musical tribute acts, bands and theatrical productions. Kyrst has worked as a singer in the world-famous Radio City Music Hall Rockettes Show and for Norwegian Cruise Lines. Doug has performed in New York and on tour with the percussion phenomenon, STOMP! and was a featured vocalist on Trans-Siberean Orchestra's first two albums. THREE DIFFERENT JOHNNY & JUNE SHOW VERSIONS AVAILABLE! 1 - Our basic JOHNNY & JUNE acoustic duo brings you a dynamic musical experience in a small package featuring Doug on Johnny's vocals and guitar, and Kyrst on June's vocals, autoharp, banjo, harmonica, and percussion. Simple set-up and basic tech requirements but a big stage presence make this option a perfect entertainment choice for venues and events of all shapes and sizes. 2 - JOHNNY & JUNE - A MUSICAL LOVE STORY is our full-length theatrical production.
