Richard was easy to communicate with prior to our event. He was on time and prepared and dressed to the nines! :) He was accommodating to our guests in every way. And Richard was very professional. I will call on him again when I am in need of a wonderful piano man/player!

He just wasn't what my business partner expected I was not there

I am totally surprised and shocked by these low ratings. I received applause from the customers and many compliments from both the customers and wait staff. Even the owner, who was present, said that I did a great job and that they already had the bands booked for February, but they were going to hire me back in March. I emailed Mr. Farris the next day to thank him for the gig and he wrote back and said that they would let me know which date in March.

We had a private party of 30 people. Richard was very professional and played all of the songs we requested. He had to endure our singing. We certainly would recommend him.
