The Austin Jazz Duo is a collaboration between guitarist Charles Anastasiou and pianist Angelo Lembesis. The two Austinites began performing together over a decade ago when they met during their first semester at the prestigious Berklee College Of Music in Boston, MA. Throughout the years, they have performed at thousands of functions and events all over the United States, both as a group and with other ensembles. Together, they perform a variety of styles in the jazz idiom and beyond, including unique interpretations of swing, soul, blues, rock, and pop standards. With a such a wide array of styles in their repertoire, the duo is able to adapt to any situation and provide the perfect ambiance for any venue or celebration.
