WITS2DAY - Groove Masters Jazz Band from Charlotte, NC

Groove Masters was formed by Mr. Charles Page, master drummer, based in Charlotte, NC. The band consists of four veteran musicians with over twenty years of professional musical experience. Mr. Page had a vision to form a band that would bring back the love of grooving to good music through blending musical genres. Mr. Page called upon master musicians he had performed with in the past this connection lead to the birth of GROOVE MASTERS! They have played for large corporations, celebrities, and community events such as Coca Cola Corporation, The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Vivica Foxx, Doug-E Fresh, and other community events. Groove Masters recorded their first CD in May 2008. They have performed in two scenes (Club scene and Church scene) in an independent film in Hollywood, California. Individually these skilled musicians have played for artist such as Darryl Coley, Tye Tribett, the late Orlando Draper, Harvey Watkins (Canton Spirituals), Mark Lambert, Keith Sweat, Dottie Peoples, Gerald T. Smith and Youth In Praise, and Little G from Silk. If you are looking for a band that can guarantee to have the audience on their feet then Groove Masters is the band for you.
