Serving Calgary, Banff, Canmore and Lake Louise, the Ben Miles Quartet is a professional music ensemble comprised of professional, full-time musicians. Adding the Ben Miles Quartet or Trio swing and jazz act to your special occasion will elevate the uniqueness of your event, leaving your guests excited to be in attendance. The Ben Miles Quartet offers clients a light swing and fun club jazz sound to accompany their special event. Quartet consists of Ben Miles on Trumpet/flugelhorn and accompanied with some of Calgary's finest jazz musicians on piano, drums and bass. Music selections range from swinging song standards of past (Porter, Gershwin etc...) to club jazz titles from the 50's and 60's (Miles, Adderley Brothers etc...) to pop titles (Stevie Wonder, Beatles etc...), and of course Bossa Novas ( Antonio Carlos Jobin etc...) Music is never overbearing and complements social gatherings with an upbeat song list during cocktails to lighter swing and song titles during dinner hour.
