I craft a presentation that will get the group into action, interaction, cooperation, and activate those brain cells. I prefer 2 hours or more, and interaction with the group. I find this works best for results. I do local lunch and learn 20-30 minute talks, as well as 1 - 1 1/2 hour presentations eliminating the majority of group interaction. I can take an Executive Board through some very creative goal setting for the company/group, or help a team to develop some team goals for customer service, creative products, lower defects, and more. Some Church Boards and other non-profits benefit from this process. I offer individuals, students, parents, religious, business teams, and civic groups some inspiration, motivation, entertainment, and tools to foster building dreams, goals, communication, and interaction. I have been in Toastmasters for a number of years, speaking at the District Conference in North Carolina. In any presentation, I work with the organizer to develop the presentation to motivate the group as well as create and foster the development of creativity, respect, and teamwork, and meet the specific goals of the particular group. I have worked in local businesses to promote team cohesiveness and cooperation and help relieve job stress.
