Abraham Lincoln was born in a one room dirt floor log cabin in Hardin County, Kentucky. He was the only President born in Kentucky. He had a total of one year of formal education. Mary Todd was born into a wealthy, affluent home in Fayette County, Kentucky with a great deal of political influence. Hear the story of their lives in contrast...from where they were born, their diverse educational years, how they met and married, life during the Civil War, the end of the Civil War and that dreadful night at Fords Theater. Larry and Mary have been presenting the Lincolns for 12 years and they have delighted audiences all over the Country and outside the Country. They are available for a multitude of events including schools at all grade levels, assisted living homes, various club meetings, weddings , Birthday parties, historical celebrations and more. You can book either the pair together or separately depending on the focus of the event. We also do meet and greet events where the cameras don't stop snapping and your guests are anxious to have their picture taken with the 16th President and his "First Lady"! Our presentation is historically correct and we can supply a Bibliography. We take pride in presenting ourselves in First Person and staying in character throughout the event.
