  • Can I buy a Featured Profile for all my memberships in one transaction?

    Not at this time. You’d have to create them for each membership.

  • Can I buy a Featured Profile if I’m not currently active?

    No. Only active members can purchase Featured Profiles.

  • Can I change category or location of a Featured Profile I’ve purchased?

    No. Featured Profiles are not editable after purchase.

  • Can I purchase multiple Featured Profiles for multiple membership accounts I have at the same time?

    Purchase of a Featured Profile applies to the member account you are logged into at the time or purchase.  Additional Featured Profiles for additional memberships must be purchased separately and are subject to availability.

  • How can I tell how effective the Featured Profiles have been to my bottom line?

    You can get up to the minute statistics on how well you Profile and Feature Profile listings are doing anytime, night or day at:  TOOLS>SEARCH STATISTICS.

  • How do I get support for Featured Profiles?

  • How do I renew my Featured Profile? Is auto-renew available?

    You will receive emails, starting 30 days prior to expiration, and again at 7 days and one day prior to expiration, to remind you to renew your Featured Profile(s).   The window of time for you to renew on the website starts 7 days prior to expiration.

    Featured Profiles expire and become available for general purchase at 12:00am ET on the day of expiration.  Auto-renew is not available at this time.

  • Is my Featured Profile exclusive on the search results page?

    Featured Profiles will appear at the top of the results page and may be listed among other Featured Profiles surfaced during the same search query.

  • Is the Featured Profile geographically inclusive of other sub-regions?

    Featured Profiles are a URL containing the combination of location and category you select and purchase.  There is no geographic inclusivity expressed or implied.

    For example; if you purchase “Wedding Band” “Illinois”, your Featured Profile will not appear in “Wedding Band” “Chicago”, unless you purchase that Featured Profile as well.

  • What happens if I’m not satisfied with my Featured Profile?

    All Featured Profile purchases include a 14-day money back guarantee.  If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your Featured Profile, please call our Account Services team within 14 days of your purchase. We’ll cancel your Featured Profile and issue you a full refund.

  • What happens if my Membership expires before a Featured Profile?

    Featured Profiles expire and become available for general purchase at 12:00am ET on the day of expiration.

    A member will still receive direct requests for quotes, but cannot respond to them until their membership is paid in full.

    The member’s profile does not appear in search results on

    Listing persists until Featured Profile expiration date.

  • What is a Featured Profile on GigMasters?

    Featured Profiles are comprised of:

    - A snapshot of a GigMasters member’s profile which displays at the top of a “Find Vendors” results page.

    - A link to the full view of the member’s profile.

    The Featured Profile is displayed when a client uses, or an external search engine, to request a specific location and category combination.  If that location and category combination matches one a member purchased, that member’s profile snapshot is displayed at the top of the resulting page. 

  • Will my Featured Profile ever change in terms of how it looks on the results page?

    GigMasters reserves the right to rotate individual members’ Featured Profiles within the designated Featured Profile area, and to change the height to width ratio of each Feature Profile slot.
