They were great entertainers and very accomodating. Our location is out in east county and they were happy to come out to perform. Villi was very easy going and accomodating; a true islander in every sense. The dance review was amazing. There were several outfit changes and male and female dancers who were both enthusiastic and authentic. I would definitely recommend them for any luau-type event or party and they can even work with your budget!

Lovely, lovely band. Sweet island songs made a perfect background for our luau wedding reception. The players and dancers are warm, friendly, and talented. I'd like to mention that MANY of my guests were impressed with the skill level of the dancer. It was also fun for the children to learn the dances. Overall, a well thought out and executed show. If you're having a luau; or a kick back affair this band is an excellent choice.

Makihele Polynesian Revue was a great addition to our wedding, the atmoshpere they helped create really set the mood for the whole evening. Vili was very accomidating with the song requests we had made and was very easy to work with. We would recommend him to everyone we know and would use him again when we have the chance. We would like to thank you again for being apart of our wedding and making the day all the more special for us.

Vili (Polynesian Revue) was extremely professional and readily available by either phone or email for all of our questions. They played before, during, and after our wedding ceremony and sounded beautiful. They even helped to set up a CD player and practice with my 10 year old cousin for a song she performed during the ceremony. I would definately recommend them to anyone for a wedding or party. They were absolutely professional and prompt in every way! Vili Makihele even visited the sight (public park) of the wedding 2 weeks in advance to become familiar with the venue. The wedding was slow to get started, which was pressing, time-wise, for them as they had another engagement immediately following ours. They stayed the course and even managed to work alternatively and in compliment to a harpist. Great, great great!!!

Makihele Polynesian Revue was hired through the Gigmaster's website. The music and dancers were a big hit! Many guests positively commented on the choice of entertainment for the event. The group surpassed all expectations. Will definitely hire them again in the future!

We would definitely book them again. They were very talented and extremely talented. The dancers changed costumes often and used poi balls in their demonstration. They were great at teaching and getting the guests up and dancing. Great live music as well! It was like being at a real luau in Hawaii!

I thought the band was very good, had soft hawaiian music. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves with good music in the background. When asked to play a special request, they quickly obliged,overall a very good band.

Vili and his performers were great! Very authentic Polynesian/Hawaiian music and dancing -- and they were very nice and accomodating. (Just make sure all performers have directions to your party so no one gets lost.) Great band for your luau or Hawaiian-themed party! Thanks Vili!

Vili and his group performed at my husband's retirement celebration luau. They did an awesome performance especially the hula dancers- they were so talented. It certainly gave our luau a fantastic entertainment! The music and singing was fabulous!
