I am a guitarist, composer, vocalist and recording artist. I play solo guitar and also with a group. I am accomplished in all styles but mainly play Jazz standards (All of Me, Night and Day, Girl from Ipanema etc...) and R&B and Pop tunes (Beatles, Elton John, Eagles etc...). Aside from gigging at local clubs I also play music for receptions, events, dinners, etc... I also play music for wedding ceremonies as an accompanist or a featured performer. I have received great feedback from clients with regard to song selection and volume at dinners and events. "Reading the crowd" and "playing the room" are important aspects of performing event music which I aspire to excel at. I also make an effort at presenting myself professionally and courteously at such events.
