Jim Cassidy - Guitar & Vocals Classic Rock Guitarist from Allentown, PA

Whatever the function, be it formal or casual, Jim will entertain you and your guests with all types of music including Smooth Jazz, Top 40, Pop, Contemporary and Classic Rock hits. He performs solo with backing tracks, or with a duo or trio for added instrumentation & vocals. Jim has years of experience in wedding receptions, corporate functions, clubs, cocktail & dinner parties. Jim began formal music instruction at the age of ten and started playing guitar professionally in the late 60's. In the 70's he joined a NYC show band and spent the next several years performing throughout most of the United States and the Maritime Provinces of Canada. Later he spent a year as lead guitarist in the house band at the Diplomat Inn in Montgomery, Alabama, backing up Nashville artists who rotated on a bi-weekly basis. At the time, the Diplomat was a topnotch show room in the states capital, frequented by many US diplomats. Since then Jim has worked with numerous musicians for country clubs, resorts and casinos in PA, NJ, NY, MD, DE.
