Xtreme Groove Funk Band from Richmond, VA

Hello and thank you for inquiring about XTREME GROOVE. We are a band that has been in existence since 2011. Although you may consider that a short period of time, collectively, we have been performing over 40 years. We are a professional 10 piece band consisting of Drums, Percussion, Bass, Guitar, Keyboards, Sax(s), Trumpet, Trombone and two lead vocals. (Male & Female) The Style of music that we play ranges from Smooth Jazz, Soft Rock, (Chicago), Old School R&B, Soul, Funk, Motown. We are relatively popular in the RVA area and are called upon to do many weddings and special events. We served as the Primier house band for the Hermitage Country Club from 2014-2015.(RVA) We also frequented several eateries around town such as the Capital Ale House, Legend Brewing to name a few. A complete list of our songs can be forwared to interested clients upon request. For big events such as yours, we normally employ the services of a professional sound/audio crew which will handle both sound and professional stage lighting needs. We will require a stage measuring no less than 10x20 to allow plenty of space for personnel, equipment and instruments. Our performances are generally fun and very interactive becoming a crowd pleaser making a very memorable event for a lifetime. We can on several occasions play certain songs on the fly based on the mood of the crowd. I am the band leader and the sax player. We are professional and licensed in RVA.
