They came at a specific time to setup all the food in secret, which was so helpful. Every single guest commented on lunch - we had the brisket, pork, meatballs, mac n cheese (yummmm!), beans, corn bread muffins... then white chocolate southern pudding, brownie bites, and apple pies. Outrageous. We had plenty, and some guests took home leftovers for the next day. Just as delicious as the first day. Would recommend them to anyone for good smokey bbq and delicious dessert. Had 25 people over for a house party last night. Chris made a delicious meal (which everybody loved). The brisket received rave reviews, the chicken was tender & delicious, and the bacon bomb changed a few of guests lives! If you are considering a catering company for your next party or company gathering, you won't do better than this company. Chris was punctual, set up everything professionally and was very friendly/engaging with all the guests. 5 of the 25 guests flew in from Texas, and they all agreed that the brisket was some of the best they've had. Now that's an endorsement.
