Cryo Cream breaks the bounds of traditional ice cream making by daring to take the road less traveled in both flavor profile and texture manipulation. Chef Matt's one-of-a-kind iced-products are made "a la minute" right before your eyes with LN2, which rapidly freezes your flavored creams and caffeine to their creamiest perfection! Instead of scooping out pre-made ice creams, we demonstrate how our crème anglaise bases can be turned into tasty frozen concoctions in a matter of seconds. The rapid freezing of our chef-made ice cream bases, which prevents the formation of ice crystals, creates the smoothest, creamiest, and most flavorful ice cream you have ever experienced! Better yet, with the help of chemistry, there is no need for any preservatives or chemical emulsifiers. For our Cryo Cream bases, we offer both unique and traditional flavors, which we then upgrade by using only premier, top-of-the-line, 100% organic, cruelty-free ingredients.
Caffeine over cream? We've got you covered. We would never make you choose between ice cream and caffeine so we combine both! Cryo Cream makes THE best (and perhaps the only) Nitro Affogato. There's is no better pick-me-up than our pour-over coffee, poured ALL over two scoops of vanilla LN2 ice cream to make the creamiest caffeinated cryo-concoction. We also make Nitro-Frozen Hot Chocolate, which consists of our Valrhona hot chocolate topped with a nitro-frozen (and toasted) chef-Matt-made marshmallow! The only thing cooler (literally) than these crazy smokey drinks are the amazed stares of on-lookers as your cup smokes like a magic cauldron of deliciousness. Want to literally blow your friends away? Come over and smoke some pop'!
