Bona Bona Ice Cream, Created by "Chopped Champion" Nicholas Di Bona of Yorktown, NY. Nick specializes in small batch, chef crafted, creamy, Delicious, Ice Cream. His style is similar to his style with cooking food. Everything possible is made from scratch. The Cannoli Ice Cream is made from milk into Ricotta cheese, into Cannoli Cream and then into Ice Cream. FRESH FRESH FRESH!!! Our top Flavors are Nutella Smores, Rainbow Cookie, Holy Cannoli, Backyard Mint Chip and Banana Walnut. Bona Bona Ice Cream is in Smorgasburg Brooklyn and we are known for our "Bona Style" Cones. (Homemade Marshmallow Toasted on any Flavor Ice Cream Cone!! Check us out!!
