Magia Negra Flamenco Flamenco Band from Los Angeles, CA

Magia Negra features Kai Narezo, a flamenco guitarist and composer who lives in Los Angeles. He learned flamenco the old-fashioned way – at the feet of great guitarists first in NY and then in Spain. He trained in traditional flamenco in New York before traveling to Granada, Spain for a couple of years, where he studied contemporary interpretations of the seductive art form. While in Spain Narezo had the opportunity to study with the acclaimed Enrique de Melchor, considered one of the greats of flamenco and Spanish guitar. Magia Negra, also consists of a guitarist, bassist, cajon player, vocalist and three or more dancers, including the flamenco artist, choreographer and master teacher, Reyes Barrios.
